By using this website or submitting the enquiry form, you agree to these terms. "We" means Pixel Media.
1. Enquiries
Submitting the form does not create a contract. Services start only after we agree the scope, fees and start date with you in writing (email or WhatsApp is fine).
2. Fees and ad spend
- Our monthly plan fee and one-time setup fee are as listed on our pricing page or agreed with you, plus 18% GST.
- Advertising spend is paid by you directly to Meta / Google from your own ad account and is separate from our fees. You own the ad account.
- Fees are payable in advance each month unless agreed otherwise.
3. Results
We work to bring you good quality leads, but results depend on many factors outside our control (market, budget, offer, competition, platform policies). We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, meetings or sales.
4. Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information, offers and materials you give us are accurate and lawful, and that you have the rights to use them in ads. You are responsible for your own WhatsApp Business and Meta accounts following the platforms' policies.
5. AI assistant
The AI WhatsApp agent replies based on the business information you provide. You should review this information and keep it up to date. Sensitive matters such as price negotiation or complaints are handed over to your team.
6. Communication
You agree that we may contact you on the phone / WhatsApp number and email you provide. You can opt out any time by replying STOP.
7. Cancellation
Plans have a three-month minimum. After that, you can stop with notice before the next billing cycle. The setup fee is non-refundable once work has started.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the month in question.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
